Kurambon (renamed in 2014 after a Kenji Miyazawa story) is a Katsunuma, Yamanashi winery established in 1913, based in the Nozawa family's preserved 140-year-old farmhouse in the Iwai district. It grows Koshu vines on the Toriibira slopes to make a crisp, zesty, dry Koshu white. The winery exports its Koshu range and is tracked across international wine retail. It is a growing boutique Japanese-wine export brand.
