Masahiro Shuzo, founded 1883 in Shuri, Okinawa, is one of the oldest and largest awamori distilleries and the first in Okinawa certified to ISO 9001. In 2023 it expanded a premium aged-awamori (kusu) line targeting luxury markets in North America and Europe. The same group makes Masahiro Okinawa Craft Gin, distributed in the US via CNS Imports.
