Sho-Chiku-Bai is widely regarded as the best Japanese-style mochigome (sweet/glutinous rice) grown in America, and Blue Star Mochiko is the sweet-rice flour milled from it for mochi, dango and daifuku. This is Japanese-style production overseas (California) rather than Japan-exported. The Koda family were the first US farmers to commercially grow sticky rice. Sold mainly in the US with some Canada distribution.
