Tamanoi Vinegar, established 1907, is a pioneering Japanese vinegar maker whose 'Sushinoko' is the world's first and best-selling powdered sushi vinegar (since 1963). The powder lets cooks season sushi rice instantly without measuring liquid vinegar, sugar and salt, and ships easily as an ambient, low-weight product.
